Vice President of Programming, Promotions and Business Development
Dana is the Vice President of Programming, Promotions and Business Development for Sling TV, where she oversees content acquisition, strategy, curation and promotion. Additionally, Dana manages programmer relationships and business development for Sling TV. Previously, Dana served as Director of Finance for Sling TV, where she was responsible for the finances of Sling TV, in addition to Programming and Media Sales for both DISH and Sling TV.
Since joining the company in 2012, Dana has contributed to major business initiatives for both DISH and Sling TV. At DISH, she developed a working knowledge of highly complex programming contracts and used that understanding to advance the development and launch of DISH’s “Flex Pack,” an offering that allows customers to add and drop channel packs at any time. In her time as Director of Finance for Sling TV, Dana helped develop and improve subscriber profitability models, completed the annual budgeting process and oversaw monthly financial analysis.
Dana holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA from Colorado College. Before attending business school, she was a commodities broker at StrikePoint Trading.
Dana is a native Coloradan who enjoys skiing, hiking, visiting breweries and cheering on the Colorado Rockies.
