Sling TV Now Offers Max: Enjoy Iconic Series, Award-Winning Movies and More

ENGLEWOOD, Colo., Oct. 31, 2024 – Sling TV, an EchoStar company (Nasdaq: SATS), known for its unparalleled flexibility and value, today announced a new partnership with Max, Warner Bros. Discovery’s premier global streaming platform, giving Sling customers access to prestigious entertainment brands such as HBO, Warner Bros., Max Original, DC, Harry Potter, as well as iconic shows like “Friends” and “The Big Bang Theory.” This new partnership adds to Sling TV’s extensive library of direct to consumer offerings, giving Sling subscribers even more access to world class entertainment.

Starting today, Sling TV users can seamlessly add the Max Ad-Free plan to their subscription starting at $16.99 per month, getting all of Max via the Max app and enjoying eight distinct HBO channels, including HBO East, HBO West, HBO 2, HBO Latino, HBO Family, HBO Zone, HBO Comedy and HBO Signature on Sling. From groundbreaking original series to thrilling documentaries, Max delivers a wide array of high-quality entertainment for everyone.

Max’s library delivers captivating stories, unique narratives and interesting characters, with new HBO Originals like “The Penguin” and the upcoming “Dune: Prophecy,” Max Originals including the Emmy-winner “Hacks” and a new season of “The Sex Lives of College Girls,” fan favorites like HBO Originals “Succession,” “The White Lotus,” “The Sopranos” and “Sex and the City,” plus hit series from HGTV, The Food Network, TLC, ID, Cartoon Network, Adult Swim, Magnolia Network, OWN, and more. In addition, Sling is offering a new bundle that provides new and existing customers a $5 monthly discount when they subscribe to Sling Blue with Max or Sling Blue + Orange with Max. New customers  can also take advantage of Sling’s current promotion of 50% off their base package for the first month. This means in the first month, new subscribers will receive both the half-off discount on their base package, plus the additional $5 per month discount, followed by a recurring $5 discount each month thereafter, for as long as they maintain the bundle.

With a simple and intuitive setup process, Sling users can easily add Max to their existing subscription in the Sling app or at sling.com/account. Once Max has been added, customers can access thousands of additional titles on the Max app. To sign into the Max app with your Sling account, visit max.com/provider and select Sling TV. From there, just enter your Sling TV login credentials and dive into a world of premium entertainment.

Just like with DISH, when a customer subscribes to Max via Sling TV, they will not only gain access to the Max app, they will also be able to enjoy eight additional channels as well as HBO on Demand within the Sling interface.
